Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order it can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within ten days of the merchandise's delivery date.

 Return shipments are FREE. Use the pre-paid return label included in your order.

Your refund will be issued in the same currency as your purchase excluding Shipping & Handling costs.

Any differences in the amount refunded are due to the fluctuations in exchange rates and will not be reimbursed. The processing time of the refunded amount will vary depending on your credit card company or PayPal account.


Return Terms and Conditions

All merchandise must be returned unworn and with original tags. If an item is defective or incorrect, Lourdes reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. All authorized returns must originate from the same country as the original shipment. Lourdes reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.
